Focus turns to Weitz’ client Hermes

From Operation Rescue/Operation Save America’s press release, “Weitz has set itself up as the hub, and its clients as the spokes…” The Weitz Company has been so dedicated to build America’s largest abortion facility, they shouldn’t be ashamed for their future and current clients to know what they are collaborating in.

One current Weitz client is Hermes, in NorthCreek. The Weitz Company is building a Hermes in Cherry Creek. Hermes, based in Paris, is widely known as one of the most prestigious fashion houses in the world. We want Hermes to know that The Weitz Company will be bringing anti-abortion protests to their storefront.

The Collaborators Project is dedicated to demonstrate outside of their storefront for the next year, while The Weitz Co. is building America’s largest death camp. Please call Hermes, and let them know that Weitz will be bringing protests to their new store in Denver. (Ask for Robert Chavez and tell them it’s urgent!)

We will plan a big event for their grand opening later on this year to let the country know what to expect if you hire Weitz, a child-killing collaborator.

Repent America to help expose The Weitz Company

The Collaborators Project welcomes the battle-hardened Christian activists of Repent America, including their founder Michael Marcavage, and thanks them for joining our effort against the billion-dollar Weitz firm constructing Denver’s new abortion mill.

Repent America Announcement

Repent America is in complete support of the efforts of the Collaborators Project in opposition to The Weitz Company. It is our hope that The Weitz Company will honor the Collaborators Project deadline of January 31, 2008 by immediately removing itself from the construction of the Planned Parenthood abortuary in Denver, Colorado. If The Weitz Company fails to remove itself from the building project by the deadline, RA will be involved in organizing efforts against Weitz for being collaborators in the Abortion holocaust.

Once we stop the collaborators, we can stop Planned Parenthood. Stopping PP will stop the killing of hundreds of thousands of innocent preborn children every year in America. No child-killing with tranquility!

Leading pro-life organization, ALL, urges Weitz to pull out by the Jan. 31 deadline

American Life League Praises Colorado Efforts to Stop Planned Parenthood Abortion Facility (as seen at DenverPost.com)

PR Newswire

WASHINGTON, Jan. 25 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — “We are excited about the strong efforts in Denver to stop the construction of the Planned Parenthood abortion facility,” said Judie Brown, president of American Life League.

“Planned Parenthood operates the largest abortion chain in the nation with 287 surgical and medical abortion facilities across the country,” continued Brown. “It is attempting to open a huge abortion operation in the Denver suburb of Stapleton and local pro-lifers are working hard to stop it.”

“In an effort to convince the building contractor to withdraw from the project, the local pro-lifers have established the Collaborators Project (http://www.collaboratorsproject.com),” said Brown. “This project has established a January 31, 2008 deadline for the Weitz Company to stop building the Planned Parenthood abortion center. We pray that Weitz will make the right decision and remove itself.”

Operation Rescue/OSA, the world’s most well-known abortion protest group to honor Permanent Collaborator Status on Weitz.

Billion-dollar Firm May Get Hit with Permanent Collaborator Status

(as seen at OperationSaveAmerica.org)

For Immediate Release (January 25, 2008):

Operation Rescue/OSA Watching Weitz Billion-dollar Firm May Get Hit with Permanent Collaborator Status

Operation Rescue/OSA joins other pro-life organizations watching to see if the Weitz construction firm will be designated with Permanent Collaborator Status. The Collaborators Project has given The Weitz Company, a billion-dollar construction firm, a deadline of January 31, 2008, to stop building a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in Denver. “If Weitz does not cease from constructing this abortion facility by January 31st,” said the Collaborators Project founder Will Duffy, “we will designate their firm with Permanent Collaborator Status.”

” Operation Rescue/OSA, the world’s most well-known anti-abortion protest organization will honor Permanent Collaborator Status,” said the Rev. Flip Benham, the group’s national director. “We are planning contingency protests against Weitz to begin after February 1, and we will then encourage our members, wherever they live nationwide, to find the nearest Weitz location, and protest at their client’s homes, sales offices and construction sites.”

Operation Rescue led the non-violent civil disobedience movement that saw 50,000 arrests across America in the Christian effort that saved the lives of thousands of unborn children. Federal laws designed to keep abortion clinic doors open do not apply to collaborators. ” As a billion-dollar firm that has actually built an abortion clinic,” said Benham, “Weitz has set itself up as the centerpiece, and its clients as the spokes, of a national collaborators project that will continue for as many years as Planned Parenthood is killing children in the building prepared by Weitz.”

According to the Collaborator’s Project website, permanent collaborator status (PCS) means that pro-lifers will expand the typical targets of protests, from abortion mills and abortionist homes, to include residential picketing of executives, business sites, and clients of any organization designated with PCS. “If the Collaborators Project designates the Des Moines Iowa-based firm with PCS,” said Benham,

“Operation Rescue will stand proudly with the state-wide organization, Colorado Right To Life, in our shared commitment to protest Weitz business and residential locations in recognition of permanent collaborator status.

Wow! Isn’t this exciting {!firstname}? I’m so excited and encouraged that national organizations are backing the Collaborators Project, and more importantly, willing to honor Permanent Collaborator Status for The Weitz Company. Our local efforts have been tremendous, but a national effort will be so very encouraging for the fight for life!

There is still time for Weitz to do what God wants them to do and leave the project. 8 days and counting…The Weitz Company has 8 days left to decide whether or not they want to become permanent collaborators in the abortion industry. These next 8 days will be tough for them. They will need to decide if they really want to put up with the pro-lifers of this country and be known as Planned Parenthood collaborators indefinitely.

Our residential protests have really had an affect on the executives of The Weitz Company. Our mission is to let them know that we will not have child killing with tranquility. Gary Meggison, the Senior VP of The Weitz Company’s Rocky Mountain division, can be seen here asking his local city council to help get rid of us protesters. (December 10th meeting)

In a perfect world, the city council would have said, “Gary, if you don’t want legal protesters, stop working for Planned Parenthood.” But instead, they answered with a “politically correct” answer: No. If you love your neighbor, Gary Meggison, feel free to call him and tell him the same thing. The city council will not give him peace. Ceasing work with Planned Parenthood will.

Weitz Watch: Will Firm Get Hit with Permanent Collaborator Status?

For Immediate Release (January 21, 2008):

Colorado RTL Watching Weitz Designation
Billion-dollar Firm May Get Hit with Permanent Collaborator Status

Colorado Right To Life is watching to see if the Weitz construction firm will be designated with Permanent Collaborator Status. A new anti-abortion group, called the Collaborators Project, has given The Weitz Company, a billion-dollar construction firm, a deadline of January 31, 2008, to stop constructing a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in Denver. “If Weitz does not cease from constructing this abortion facility by January 31st,” said the Collaborators Project founder Will Duffy, “we will designate their firm with Permanent Collaborator Status.” According to the organization, such status means that pro-lifers will expand the typical targets of protests, from abortion mills and abortionist homes, to include residential picketing of executives and business sites of any organization designated with Permanent Collaborator Status.

“Colorado RTL, the nation’s oldest right-to-life organization, and the largest anti-abortion group in Colorado, will commit itself to honor Permanent Collaborator Status,” said Joe Riccobono, the group’s president. “This means that for as many years as Planned Parenthood is killing children in the building prepared by Weitz, we will plan protests, and encourage our members statewide to include Weitz executives’ homes and select construction and sales sites as part of the decades’ long, routine protest of abortion.”

Colorado RTL justifies its proposed Weitz project to help the group implement the second of a new, nationally recognized three-prong strategy to end abortion.

1. Criminalize: recriminalize the intentional killing of the unborn and other innocents through state and national personhood efforts.

2. Demoralize: create unbearable social tension to coerce the government to correct the injustice of shedding innocent blood.

3. Evangelize: persuade individuals by education and evangelism to honor the God-given right to life.

Colorado Right To Life will start promoting its own Weitz protest to its working list of 22,600 Colorado pro-lifers on February 1, 2008 if the Collaborators Project designates the Des Moines Iowa-based Weitz with Permanent Collaborator Status.

Please keep praying hard these next 9 days. We have an unfair advantage, because we have God on our side! We are dealing with believers at The Weitz Company, and we need the Holy Spirit to convict them of the wrong they are doing in building an abortion facility.

10 days left…Weitz Watch, will they earn Permanent Collaborator Status?

January 22nd, 2008

It’s a big day. The Weitz Company has 10 days to decide whether or not their company will earn permanent collaborator status from the Collaborators Project. The Weitz Company is building the nation’s largest abortion facility in Denver, Colorado.

The Collaborators Project has give The Weitz Company until January 31st, 2008 to stop constructing this child-killing facility or obtain permanent collaborator status and be forever known as the General Contractor that had no qualms in building an abortion facility for Planned Parenthood.

Here is the letter I sent to The Weitz Company executives last week:

<<<>>>

Dear Bill Hornaday,

Here’s what’s coming next upon Weitz as of February 1, 2008:

Permanent Status: The Collaborator’s Project has determined that The Weitz Company will obtain Permanent Collaborator Status on January 31, 2008. I have committed my life to recruiting people, initially in Colorado, but then in Des Moines and elsewhere, to protest the homes of Weitz officials, both current and future executives, and to protest select subcontractors and high-dollar building sites, and to be at your homes as allowed by law through the year. We will protest especially on every major holiday, and we will continue for as many years as Planned Parenthood kills children in the facility you are preparing. Is the money you make on this deal, or the damage to your pride if you pull out, a worthwhile price to pay for the next twenty years of targeted abortion protests.

January 31, 2008: We will not allow Weitz to mostly complete the project, and then make a pretend gesture of quitting the job, in hopes of manipulating the protesters into quitting. We expect that Weitz and Planned Parenthood exaggerated to the media the length of the project, so that even if we succeed in slowing down the construction by a couple months, they can still claim to have finished on time. Therefore, we have determined that Weitz will have crossed the line of no return by February 1, 2008. Unless you pull out and stop all work on this child-killing facility by January 31st, we will designate Weitz with Permanent Collaborator Status.

50,000 Arrests: My inspiration comes from those who have spent decades of their lives to stop an injustice. In 1989 when I was six, a handful of Colorado pro-lifers met outside Denver’s main abortion mill and determined to launch a five-day-a-week protest there for as many years as Planned Parenthood is there killing kids, and they have missed less than ten days in almost twenty years. My inspiration comes from the medical students who refuse to become abortionists because of the decades of relentless abortion home protests. My inspiration comes from all those who invested their lives to correct injustice: from Harriet Tubman and the Underground Railroad; from world-renowned hero William Wilberforce for decades of relentless effort to stop slavery; from the 50,000 Christians arrested at abortion clinics nationwide in the 1990s for their non-violent civil disobedience; and from hope that the next generation of pro-lifers will catch the vision of the Collaborator’s Project and not permit child-killing with tranquility.

Questions:
● What will you tell the future executives who interview you about the quality of life working for Weitz?

● You have no advertising banners at your abortion site, but will you and your subs advertise at future sites?

● When prime customers request bids on their biggest contracts, what will you offer them to offset the abortion protests you will bring to their job site and sales offices?

● Have you done market analysis to determine if high-end customers for condos, retirement communities, business facilities, golf courses, will be as eager to buy and lease properties that come with targeted abortion protests?

● Have you done the risk management analysis in-house, or have you hired a consultant, to assess our ability to fulfill the long-term commitment of designating Weitz with Permanent Collaborator Status and its impact?

● Have you considered the loss of value to Weitz stockholders and potential lawsuits for reckless disregard of virtually certain negative impact on the Weitz name and future business? Have you considered the audio recordings we have made of every phone call and meeting, and the paper trail of every letter and email, that we will provide to any such plaintiff?

● By the year 2010, as Weitz realizes what Permanent Collaborator Status means, will full disclosure laws require you to notify your biggest prospects of the attendant abortion protests coming both during and after construction?

● In which industry publications will you present your case, that The Weitz Company brings more than just abortion protests to their jobs?

Pride comes before a fall. Humility brings peace. You decide.

Will Duffy

Please keep up the good fight! Don’t lose hope. This coalition has been nothing but a success. These people realize how serious child-killing is by our actions and are now held responsible for what they do. They will one day answer to God for their actions.

Big news on the fight against Weitz and Planned Parenthood!

January 6th, 2008

The deadline has been set. The Weitz Company has until January 31st to stop building America’s largest child-killing facility or inherit permanent collaborator’s status. Permanent collaborator’s status includes home protests as long as they are killing little children in the facility they build.

Members of our group started protesting abortionist homes in 1989 here in Colorado. Those protests have been quite a deterrent for others juggling with the idea of becoming an abortionist. We hope the same for future collaborators of Planned Parenthood, one of the greatest evils in this nation today.

When anyone is considering working with Planned Parenthood, they will know of the Collaborator’s Project, launched just this week, and think twice before dealing with an organization that has no problem ripping the arms and legs off of unborn children.

They will see the home protests occurring even after The Weitz Company has built the new abortion mill in Denver. They will realize that the pro-life movement has stepped up to the plate and pronounced, “There will be no child-killing in tranquility!”

TheWeitzCompany.com has been lost!

Well, only temporarily. I have been introduced to a pro-lifer named Bill Purdy, out east, and he has shown interest in our project. He said he does websites and would work on our website, TheWeitzCompany.com. I agreed and leased him our domain, TheWeitzCompany.com for 2 years. Let’s see what he comes up with!

(By the way, if The Weitz Company stops constructing a facility designed to rip the arms and legs off of little kids, by January 31st, I will personally transfer all rights to that domain name to them. If not, I will use it indefinitely to expose them for their decision to take blood money from Planned Parenthood in exchange for a service.)
